Travessera is a coliving project located in one of Barcelona’s most desirable neighbourhoods—Travessera de Gràcia.

Previously used as an office, the flat had an abandoned feel, with natural light reaching only the front rooms. As a result, the shared spaces felt particularly dark. The design brief focused on creating a brighter, more welcoming environment with a contemporary aesthetic.

The interior concept features a neutral, achromatic palette for larger surfaces, complemented by earthy tones in accessories and smaller details. Natural textures such as wood and rattan add warmth and depth to the space.

The overall design aims to evoke a sense of well-being—fresh, airy, and inviting—making it a comfortable and stylish home for its temporary residents.
