Project: Hub Living - Branding
The studio was commissioned to develop the branding guidelines and identity for the new co-living concept, with the inaugural flagship development located on Dennington Park Road in London.
The Hub Living brand encapsulates a distilled interpretation of the architectural intent: a rationalised and efficient spatial strategy, where each studio unit is defined by an intelligent arrangement of core elements to maximise spatial functionality within a compact footprint.
The accompanying brochure features detailed infographics, architectural photography, CGIs, and scaled plans, providing a comprehensive overview of the development's layout, amenities, and service offerings for prospective occupants.
