Dohm House was originally a 314 m² office building located in London, UK, with convenient access to Gipsy Hill Rail Station, Crystal Palace Park, and a variety of local amenities within walking distance.

The project involved converting the building for residential use, which included a complete interior reconfiguration to accommodate five modular studios, two one-bedroom apartments, and the addition of a new top floor to house a single penthouse apartment.

Each unit has been thoughtfully designed to maximise space, incorporating smart modular solutions that create multi-functional, compact, and flexible living environments.
